Chuldow Martial Arts Normanton offers karate and kickboxing lessons four nights a week for ages 4 to adult.
Each of our classes are tailored and age appropriate. Using many key principles that can be used in everyday life: to persevere, to have self control and to be humble to name just a few.
We teach traditional and progressive martial arts through Kata and sparring, there are also options to learn traditional Okinawan weaponry alongside a multitude of instructor lead special events make for a fun filled exciting learning environment!

Karate will improve your fitness, concentration, tone, flexibility, confidence and discipline as well as teaching you the skills to defend yourself.
students learn from all elements of karate - Kata (formal exercise), techniques, combinations, pads and bag work. while children are taught stranger danger and anti bullying in an age appropriate and fun way.
Our kickboxing programme is high energy and offers a fun alternative to mundane workouts. you will benefit from improved fitness, balance and flexibility.

Located in the centre of Normanton near to the M62 means this family Martial Arts Academy is accessible to all. Chuldow Normanton is run by Mr Durham who hold black belts in both karate and kickboxing.
All Instructors are first aid qualified, DBS verified and Chuldow trained, the training area is fully safety matted and our reception area has ample seating and an open view to enjoy watching your children learn & have fun.
